Established in 1980, the Advantage Home Care Inc. family of companies has provided compassionate home care to midwestern families for over 30 years. The corporate office is based in St. Louis. We currently support residents in Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee.

Traditional Home Care Services
We provide personal care, homemaker & many other community-based services to the area’s neediest population. Caregivers help with medical or physical assistance, they take the struggle out of everyday living, eliminating challenges, and boosting independence. Some caregiver roles offer companionship. Bring Your Own Caregiver Program
Consumer Directed Services
Bring Your Own CareGIVER (BYOC) is a program that allows you to hire your own caregiver.
In states that participate in Consumer Directed Services (or Consumer Directed Care) our BYOC program is for people with Medicaid or Medicaid waiver benefits who require long-term care. Learn more about the BYOC opportunity. Read our Consumer Directed Services Explained for more info about CDS.
