Traditional home caregiver positions vary based on each client’s needs and the caregiver’s experience. Responsibilities may include personal care, homemaking services, companionship, transportation, meal preparation, and assistance with daily activities. Caregivers support seniors aging in place, individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses, and those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Through our Family Selected Caregiver program, qualified individuals may be able to get paid to care for a family member or friend through state-approved Consumer Directed Services programs in Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee. If you are already providing care for a loved one, we can help determine eligibility and guide you through the enrollment process.
