Advantage Home Care offers In-Home Services in Missouri and Illinois
What are In-Home Services?
In-home services provide care and assistance for those who struggle with a disability, a chronic illness, respite care, or to help the elderly who want to age in place. The caregivers are either non-medical personal care aides or skilled nurses.
Non-Medical Home Care: These caregivers are not medical professionals. They are trained to help with daily activities such as grooming, cooking, cleaning, and transportation.
Nursing Care: Home-based skilled nursing is for those who need medical care. Professional nurses are either registered nurses (RNs), or licensed practical nurses (LPNs). They monitor patient health and provide medical care like administering medications and wound dressings.
