What type of home care services are offered in Illinois?

We offer traditional home care services in Illinois:

  • Personal Care – Help with everyday tasks like bathing, grooming, and meals
  • Homemaking Services – Light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
  • Respite Care – Short-term relief for primary caregivers
  • Skilled Nurse Services – Medication setups and general health assessments
  • Pediatric Care – Personal care services for Medicaid members under 21
  • Transportation Services – Shopping, banking, church, and other errands

Where are your home care services offered in Illinois?

Advantage Home Care services are based out of a few different offices in Illinois that support the counties and surrounding areas.

Do you offer in-home care services for Veterans?

In-home nursing and non-medical services are available for eligible veterans.

Veterans may use their VA Aid and Attendance benefit funds for home care. Aid and Attendance eligibility is determined based on military services, personal care needs, income, and assets.

What is the "Your Voice Matters" initiative?

The Advantage Home Care Your Voice Matters Employee/Client/Community Engagement Initiative provides a completely safe, reliable, and anonymous way for Advantage team members, clients and the community to report issues directly to our company leaders. This tool allows your Advantage Home Care leadership teams to have full transparency into what’s happening within our company and the ability to address potential concerns quickly and efficiently. Your participation is greatly appreciated and essential to our mission!

Your Voice Matters is an anonymous reporting and communication initiative that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Advantage team members want to ensure that every home health employee and every home healthcare client feels equal and included.

This hotline is open to your 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing you DIRECT access to our leadership team at Advantage Home Care. The hotline allows you to leave a detailed message describing the nature of your complaint or concern.

CareGIVER FAQs

Can I refer a family or friend to be my caregiver?

Yes, we would love to have your friend or family member join the Advantage Home Care Illinois team.  They can apply here.

Is Bring Your Own Caregiver (BYOC) available in Illinois?

No.

Bring Your Own Caregiver (BYOC) is an Advantage Home Care program that works with Medicaid home-based programs. It is NOT currently available in Illinois.

Are the Medicaid Self-Directed services available through Advantage Home Care in Illinois?

No. Advantage Home Care is not currently authorized to offer Medicaid Self-Directed Services or Home Based Services in Illinois.

Are you hiring caregivers in Illinois?

Do you offer DailyPay in Illinois?

Yes, employees of Advantage Home Care may enroll in the DailyPay program to make every day a pay day!
