What the Advantage Home Care Your Voice Matters initiative is:

The Advantage Home Care Your Voice Matters Employee, Client, Community Engagement Initiative provides a completely safe, reliable, and anonymous way for Advantage team members, clients and the community to report issues directly to our company leaders. This tool allows your Advantage Home Care leadership teams to have full transparency into what’s happening within our company and the ability to address potential concerns quickly and efficiently. Your participation is greatly appreciated and essential to our mission!

Why the Advantage Home Care Your Voice Matters initiative matters:

At Advantage Home Care, your voice matters to us! We encourage our entire Advantage Home Care family to express their ideas, concerns, thoughts, and feedback in a constructive way. As the number one home health care provider in Missouri (rapidly expanding Home health care services in Illinois, Tennessee, and Missouri), it is important to us to hear the voices of our Home Health Aides, In-Home care Nursing team (RN, CNA) and our home care works office/ administration team to ensure we are providing the best home health care practices in the country. Hearing the voices and input of our home health care clients is equally important. It is essential that each home care client/ patient feels heard, seen, and supported. Our goal is to provide the best home health care services in Missouri, Illinois, and Tennessee. With the voice of our homecare clients, providing this level of excellence in the home care industry is possible. This is why Advantage Home Care is proud to introduce our “Your Voice Matters” initiative. This initiative ensures that every home health aide, homecare RN, home healthcare CNA, Home care patient/ client, caregiver/ family member, and home healthcare administration staff or office worker has the opportunity to communicate directly with the leadership team at Advantage Home Care.

How the “Your Voice Matters” campaign works:

Your Voice Matters is an anonymous reporting and communication initiative that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. At Advantage Home Care, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace at all times. Advantage team members want to ensure that every home health employee and every home healthcare client feels equal and included. We designed the “Your Voice Matters” communication solution with you in mind. We want all home care providers and home care participants or homecare clients to feel empowered to speak up and voice their opinions safely and confidently. We started this Your Voice Matters initiative because we value your input and take your feedback seriously. Our goal is to create a safer, more inclusive home health care workplace for all home care workers and home care recipients to enjoy.

How to use the “Your Voice Matters” Reporting Tool

At Advantage Home Health Care, we encourage you to use the “Your Voice Matters” reporting tool to express workplace concerns, including but not limited to harassment, waste, fraud, abuse, nepotism, safety, or anything else you think is essential.

YOU CAN REPORT A CONCERN IN TWO DIFFERENT WAYS:

  1. CALL: Call the Your Voice Matters Reporting Hotline: 314-530-7979. This hotline is open to your 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing you DIRECT access to our leadership team at Advantage Home Care. The hotline allows you to leave a detailed message describing the nature of your complaint or concern. Providing as much detail as possible will ensure that we are able to investigate and resolve your concern thoroughly. You can choose to remain anonymous or leave your contact information, and we will get in touch with you in a timely manner. Either way, we will investigate your complaint or concern completely and greatly appreciate your input.
  2. EMAIL: If you prefer, you can Email your Advantage Home Care leadership team by sending your email to: reporting@advantagehomecare.com

ANYONE! If you have feedback for us, we are here for you. This tool is open to anyone including but not limited to:
  • Care receivers, Clients, Patients (or those seeking services)
  • Advantage Home Care Employees (or those seeking employment)
  • Caregivers Aides, CNAs, RNs, Doctors, Healthcare Providers (Currently with Advantage or not)
  • Family Members, Friends or Caregivers (employed or not by Advantage)
