MO Care Receiver FAQs

What type of services are offered in Missouri?

We offer two types of home care in Missouri, traditional home care services and our signature BYOC :

  1. Traditional Home Care – Advantage Home Care finds a caregiver that meets your needs.
  2. BYOC (Bring Your Own Caregiver) – Someone you already know gets paid to support your needs.

We help you get the care you need in the comfort of your own home. We offer:

  • Personal Care – Help with everyday tasks like bathing, grooming, and meals
  • Homemaking Services – Light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
  • Respite Care – Short-term relief for primary caregivers
  • Skilled Nurse Services – Medication setups and general health assessments
  • Pediatric Care – Personal care services for Medicaid members under 21
  • Transportation Services – Shopping, banking, church, and other errands

What is the "Your Voice Matters" initiative?

The Advantage Home Care Your Voice Matters Employee/Client/Community Engagement Initiative provides a completely safe, reliable, and anonymous way for Advantage team members, clients and the community to report issues directly to our company leaders. This tool allows your Advantage Home Care leadership teams to have full transparency into what’s happening within our company and the ability to address potential concerns quickly and efficiently. Your participation is greatly appreciated and essential to our mission!

Your Voice Matters is an anonymous reporting and communication initiative that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Who is eligible for this service?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Live in Missouri
  • Are 60 or older
  • Are an adult with a disability between 18 and 59 years of age
  • Have Medicaid
  • Have a disability preventing you from performing certain daily activities
  • Are able to direct your own care
