How does DailyPay work?
DailyPay is an optional financial wellness benefit that allows Advantage Home Care employees to access a portion of their base wages before their scheduled payday.
Sign-Up Requirements: Employees must enroll in the program and currently be paid via direct deposit.
Account Linking: To receive funds, users must connect their DailyPay account to a bank account, prepaid debit card, or payroll card.
Tracking Earnings: The app connects to the agency’s electronic timekeeping system to receive automated reports of hours worked. This allows you to track your “available balance” in real-time as you complete shifts.
Transfer Options: You can choose to receive your earned income instantly (24/7) for a small fee or on the next business day. Payday Process: On your regular payday, you will receive your remaining paycheck (Remainder Pay) as usual, minus any early transfers and associated fees.
Do full-time and part-time caregivers qualify for DailyPay?
Yes. Eligible full-time and part-time Advantage Home Care caregiver employees may have access to DailyPay benefits.
Can Family Selected Caregivers use DailyPay?
Eligible Family Selected Caregiver employees may also qualify for DailyPay if program requirements are met and direct deposit is established.
What do I need to sign up with DailyPay?
Advantage Home Care offers DailyPay to employees who sign up for it.
To receive your earnings, please ensure you have a bank account, prepaid debit card, or payroll card linked to your profile so DailyPay knows exactly where to send your funds.
*DailyPay’s requires you to have direct deposit for your paychecks so they can transfer your earned pay into your account of choice whenever you request a transfer.
DailyPay does not require you to have a social security number.
What happens if I sign up for DailyPay but don't transfer my earnings?
The earned income that you don’t transfer before payday will simply be paid to you as Remainder Pay on your scheduled payday.
